Depends on where you are coming from. It's technically nothing to Microsoft to dish those things out to you.
you gotta use a static variable to determine if it's something you want to purchase.
$59.99, if based on retail of 1600 points it should be $19.99. Therefore it's $20 in savings. It's just my two cents.

They usually email you a coupon code ~1 week after game ships -- you use that coupon code to order the 1600 pts (digital code) from the MS Store website for free
