Field reporters have stated that 15% off did not stack with $1 photo paper coupon, so YMMV if 15% off will stack with paper towel or water coupons.

Both coupons are in the ad bought in news rack or home delivered,
not in the ad available in store....
However I just got an eMail from
Staples with the coupon for the Bounty and printable....

And they rewrote the coupon for the pastel (in the same eMail)
FAR paper (tells cashier to scan 2 times if 2 are bought)
