Not the greatest quality charger, but is essentially free with the batteries. Charger also includes plugs for most countries.
Batteries are comparable to Sanyo Eneloops.

I have this battery charger and it is good quality with surprising nice plastic and all adaptors - not a cheap charger and I have several by other manufacturers. Better quality than the cheap Eneloop charger @ Costco

From the product description:
"Extra things to know
You need to charge the batteries in pairs so if you have products that only take one battery you’ll have to buddy the battery up with another one when you charge."

User review says it's not a smart charger. Be careful as this type of charger can potentially degrade battery capacity, particularly if you mix battery types or even put in cells that are at different charge levels.

Wow, it was 9.60 something last night and thought damn cheap.
But, I was wrong. It could be cheaper!

Anyone care to share their experience with AmazonBasic NiMH batteries?
