Amazon listings are for one roll, not 2 rolls. You have to be realistic about the quality of cheap glow-in-the-dark stuff. It glows for a while, then dims quickly. Don't expect it to last all night.

It seems like most of the bad reviews have never experienced anything "glow in the dark" before. They expect that if it's in the sun all day it will glow all night.
