So, the only possible freebie is the chocolate tastings. The mini manicure is limited, plus the value of that is generally in excess of $10, which puts it in Hot Deals, not Free Stuff. I think mapatsfan's point is that this event is probably in the wrong forum. It's more deals than anything, and probably belongs in either Hot Deals or Deal Discussion. And I'm betting that may be the reason for the red votes. The 'party' is free, but it is geared towards getting you to spend money; this isn't a freebie in the sense that most people understand items in the Free Stuff Forum to be. Ultimately, it's a mod's call.
BTW, I'm sure mapatsfan thought before clicking; you each have different ideas of what is a freebie for this (the FS) forum. I'd be asking "What is the freebie?" There isn't any description in the OP, you have to click through the website; people want the info in the post, not wasting their time to find out by clicking through the website. This is why we do things like putting "Facebook" in the title of FB freebies, and "Costco" and "Sam's Club" in those posts where you need a club membership. It's a courtesy to others. It would have been helpful if the above information regarding the 'party' was in the OP.

With or without details, a free party that's multi-city is a rare treat for Fatwallet - and members should be more into the groove. Freebies should not only be about free postcards or free taxi ride.
