This weeks DOTW at Cutlery & More is an 8" Wusthof Gourmet Hollow Edge Wunder Knife for $39.91 plus S&H. Not a bad knife, but not great either. It is a stamped steel blade which IMHO is not as desirable as a forged blade. From the wesite:

Precision stamped, high carbon-stainless steel blade that sharpens easily and stays sharp
ABS polymer handle is resistant to high heat and high impact for the ultimate in durability
Designed with an upward curved blade to create a rocking motion when chopping
Multi-purpose knife, ideal for chopping, dicing, cutting, and slicing
Triple riveted handle to the stainless steel tang for excellent balance and maneuverability
Made in Solingen, Germany; Lifetime Warranty

Linky: DOTW

If you want some real sweet knives for the kitchen then I would recommend the Shun Kramer series at Sur La Table. A lot more pricey, but worth it IMHO if you are a serious cook. Link: Shun Knives at Sur la Table. These knives are being cloed out and re-released as the Shun Reserve Line.
