It looks like drugstore.com learnt their lesson from the last time they had these on sale (5 for $10), and now have them on sale 5 for $15. But still let's make the best of it!

Stack with $5 off $30 / $10 off $50 for "new" customers, brings it down to 5 for $10.

But... Being as the pre-discount price is nearly $40... We only need to add (slightly more than) another $10 worth of items to get another $5 off.

And... Some items that have a pre-discount price of over $10, cost only $5. So in essence you're getting them for free!
