I bought this few months back (different rebate promo). Still have not received the rebate by the way. Do they have a limit for one per year? It is not listed on the rebate form.

Kaspersky rebates via Newegg and Fry's are notoriosly slow. From your date of purchase until you get the check it will take at least 16 weeks.

In for 1 but youre absolutely right. Norton rebates are fast but Kaspersky rebates are ridiculously slow, 4 months for me last time.

AV-Comparatives.org runs monthly independent tests of the different security programs. Kaspersky and Bitdefender were considered the best of 2012, with Bitdender getting the nod (mainly because Kaspersky was named best before). Avast! was ranked eighth. Here's the link to the annual report.
Shot in the dark I wa just denied a rebate because they claim my UPC was not included(I swear I sent it!) Anyway I failed to make copies!(My stupidity!)Anyway if anyone could PM a copy of the UPC I would be tremendously grateful!! I will never not make copies again...
Quick 2 cents: I have been using Kaspersky for more years than I can remember. It has done a great job and every year I buy a new copy just for the licenses. I did install the 2013 KIS version on one of my computers and have had a string of daily internet freezes and IE crashes. Not 100% sure it's KIS 2013 doing it, but it did start happening right after the install.
IMHO, stick with the 2012 engine and don't upgrade. 2012 is working fine on 5 other computers I work with.
