Thanks OP!!! FYI, use your own gmail, create account, sign up for rewards, refer your own email but add a period anywhere in the username. Then sign up using that account and get your $10 off.
Also, while you're at it to save yourself time from signing up if you want more than 1, just order two to get free shipping. The $10 technically covers the shipping whichever way you do it.
For 1 - $37.58 - $10 + $5 shipping = $32.58 For 2 - $75.18 - $10 w/ free shipping = $65.18 = $32.59 each
Once you order, you can go back to the initial referrer email and use that $10 again and get another 1 or 2.
