BETATHANKS code takes off an extra $20. (it's working even if you weren't in the beta); code is case sensitive

I have been using bitcasa since early beta and have had zero problems with the service, even with more than 100gb of music, photos, and vids uploaded. The app can use some more options for sorting and finding, but I am sure that will come. Would highly recommend.

This is probably different, you can copy anything here and can use it as a mapped drive. I do not have any experience with the service though and also if the price is 1st year only!

I signed up for the beta and have it. I don't know if I trust them so I encrypt my sensitive stuff and keep a redundant backup. We'll see how it plays out. I'd rather backup to my own NAS at a relative's house than trust the "cloud" with everything.

Maybe encryption can solve some of the concerns. Not sure if truecrypt will work though. It might if they can do incremental backups...

This, on the other hand, can be used from any device, and in any way you like. So, it really depends on what you intend to do with the space. .
