If you make more than 2 purchases (with the regular $2.95 shipping on each order), this will pay for itself. Good deal if anyone plans to make any large purchases in the next year. Furniture and rugs have always been a good deal on Overstock because of the low shipping but with the additional 5% rewards, this makes those purchases even better. That was my thinking as well. I'm sure I'll make a couple of purchases there over the next year, probably including a rug - they tend to have decent sales on furniture and rugs over the summer.
