2Cheap.... Look at it this way. Refurbs are 100% inspected unlike regular production which is only randomly tested.

I finally got mine. It's pretty small, just an off, fan and on switch. It's a bit loud but it works pretty good for a short-time use spot heater (e.g. out of the shower, etc). It sits very low so defy not made to sit on carpet, best to put on a granite counter-top, brick, etc.
