You are much better off just spending the real money on quality Solingen Steel knives, I spend about $350.00 on my set about a decade ago (which was actually a helluva deal) and they have been perfect ever since, the occasional trip every so often to get them sharpened by a professional and you are good to go again for a very long time. When it comes to knives you get what you pay for!
