A model c855-s5194 is supposed to be $399.99 but I can't find that model.

Frys has this Toshiba C855-S5349 right now, for $348 after $30 rebate. The only difference I can see is 4GB ram.
Some people might prefer this because no sales tax.

He did not say that buy maybe... Rebate may also end on Saturday....My wife works for a company that merchandises some items in Staples. She got a job assignment to place an info tag for that laptop with a price of $369.99. No mention of the rebate in her paperwork, it usually says if there is a rebate involved. But that is possible since the current rebate is valid 02-03-2013 through 06-29-2013.
She said once she places the tag, that will be the instore price prior to the flyer coming out on Sunday.

The fact tag is supposed to be placed (on the display) between the 13th and 17th. Once placed the new price will be valid in store. The deal will be in the flyer for next week.
She said there will also be fact tag (without a display) for the s5194, so I guess that one will be available for order.
There was a post for some items in next weeks ad so I assume someone has seen it already and can confirm the rebate situation.

They said they couldn't print the sign until at least Saturday so I guess the price will not be good until probably Sunday.
The c855-s5350 will be $379.99, less the current $50 rebate offer, for a final price of $329.99. The c855-s5194 will be $379.99 with no rebate offered.
My wife said the c855-s5350 was the only Toshiba laptop they had in the store.
