No HDMI on the MB kills using this as a media center. It would seem to be limited to a low end email & browser box.

ok. bought one after work, running into Frys this evening (I didn't want to pay shipping $8.99 for this cheap combo). $58 AR Celeron G1610 & MSI H61M P31MB/G3 CPU Combo. It's G3 version (latest per MSI web)
tried to install initially tonight. easy and smooth. the mb is a little old and very tiny. it has VGA and DVI, no HDMI port. but good enough for my 10-year old son. the mb form is rating at mATX, but actually its size just like a Nook package size, even smaller than a college textbook. it's smallest I have seen. It's solid and powerful at this price. I re-used 2x2GB DDR3 1066 RAM and an Antec case (no 24-pin DIN). audio, video, nic all are built-in. I like the dual video ports (VGA + DVI).
I am testing the newly-built PC. it's just a couple of hours after I bought the combo this evening. When I was building the PC, I also was teaching my son all "how-to"s. Hopefully he would build next one home.

Wow, the CPU fan was stuck by its own wire and observed by me at 1st time. Re-wired and fixed the CPU fan wires. then runs smooth and quiet. surprised the CPU not power-down by heating.
