it's okay...I understand what you mean...that's why I mention that it requires urging by the buyer to get the rebate check out. Yes, make sure you scan/copy and set a reminder for yourself to call on the last week (which is usually 4 months later) to ensure that the check "will be mailed in 7-10 business days"

even though I got all my rebates from Nova, I will not buy any of their product. not worth the trouble.
