I know many companies are sticklers on the mail in rebates. The one you linked to states on it "The original copy of this form must be used. Photocopies will not be accepted" Do you think printing it will be sufficient or do we need to go to Walgreens to get the original form?

the form will be inside the meter box you receive, no worries.
How easy are these rebates? Compare to SER. I need to meet some spending requirements on Drugstore categories and would be a good idea to buy something for my mom.
Medicare is lowering their reimbursement rate for diabetic test strips to pharmacies (on 7/1/13)from $38.75 to $10.34.
