the only thing I could find on this states that your order had to be in by August of 2012 and it wasn't free. Their 100th anniversary was last year and that's what this cookie jar is for. Hope you get yours!
here is what I copied about it: How to get it? First find the specially marked packages of Oreo cookies, see below. Make sure that the UPC has cookie jar offer printed on it.
Go to http://Oreo.com/cookiejar , print off the special order form, enclose two UPCS and a $13. check. Offer expires in August 2012.
