Thanks, OP. They accepted the coupon without hesitation in the Downers Grove, IL Fuddruckers.

I've always loved the Fudd... (more)

Bump for the last day of the coupon, it was super crowded when I went at lunch - everyone had their printout in hand.

Thanks!

Cool, anyone used it yet? It says "Manager has right to refuse coupon" in the fine print.

Thanks, hope the manager accepts it.

Thanks, haven't been there in a while.
Great deal even if its not a gun

And I have the right to walk on out, just like I did when denied my free Seven 11 hot dog!

Burger ? 2 vegetarians in family...is that covered?

This place actually has great burgers, in large part because they use very high quality beef (and in the right mixture and combination), and puts Red Robin and 5 Guys to shame.

Good deal, OP.

Best burgers from any chain IMO... They grind their beef in house and bake bread in house daily as well I believe... Good stuff, too bad I have none close!

I miss them. They moved out of Cincinnati, years ago.

Isnt this the place that has a topping bar. If so I wasnt impressed with setup or experience.

Fuddrucker's went bankrupt in 2010 and it's assets were purchased. Numerous company-owned stores closed, some reopened. Since then many company stores and many franchise stores have closed.

I used to love this place when I visited places like Atlanta. In recent years when I've found one I've found them to be very empty. They downturn in the economy hit the entire chain hard, some places that have been open for a long time (one 28 years) have closed.

We just went here last week. Wish I had waited and seen this deal before we went It was kinda sad - we went on a Friday night and the place was probably about half full. It's a pretty big location but there just weren't a lot of people. I can see how the quality and service has gone down in the past years. The burger was OK - the DIY toppings are always a nice thing. But it was still hard justifying spending $20 on a couple of burgers and one large order of fries when the quality isn't really up there. Not sure if we'll be back unless we have coupons

I used to love this place! I visit them much less after they stopped making macaroon cookies a few years back. This is the Long Beach, CA location.

High quality stuff! Not sure if 1/3 lb will be enough. I usually get the 3/4.

I did it yesterday with 3 people at their Tempe, Arizona location. They even let me upgrade my burger (for an extra charge of course) but the basic $6 deal includes a 1/3 pound hamburger. Around here, coupons are like the death rattle for restaurants. So maybe this is some kind of last gasp of hope for them? I don't know but it's hard to beat the deal.

I will try to use mine Sunday at the Foxwoods casino location but I have found out in the past that a lot of the restaurants and stores in the casino do not honor coupons.

I will try and see if they will let me "upgrade" the basic burger to the "Exotic" burger line... (At an additional charge, I am sure).

They did not take the coupon at the Addison TX location. They are a franchise store and are not participating.

Does anyone really like Fuddruckers? I've been a few times with co-workers and once with the family . . . never was impressed. Overpriced and neither the burgers nor sides were particularly tasty. Many, many better options.

Thanks!

I haven't eaten at Fuddruckers for years because I considered them way overpriced. I'll have to reconsider things with this deal.

Went to during lunch, line was out the door. Ate BBQ. Will try next week.

While there may indeed be "better options" it looks like your question's already been answered here by posters who came to this thread before you did. Yes, apparently people really do like the place.

Called them at Grapevine, TX. They said that they are franchise and can not ring up the coupon, but will match the price with their offers,

Going to try it out tonight. Thanks OP
We've got some friends in town and rolling with a party of 8, so two coupons needed.

Green for making me think of Idiocracy.

Negative. They quit butchering on-premises over a decade ago. Why do people still believe this?? And they FREEZE their hamburger which destroys the flavor. Fudd's is 3d rate compared to 10-15 years ago. The best part is the bun, and that's just sad.

Different Fudds taste different. One Fuddruckers that opened up in Thousand Oaks, CA got one of their newer grills that was unable to sear the meat. The flavor of fudds had everything to do with the patty and the sear, then the bun. The patty is about 26% fat and it's just a perfect combination with a flat grill.

The franchise has slipped quite a bit since it's heyday. I still enjoy going to the one in Lakewood, CA. I love using the jalapeno cheese sauce on the burger and fries. But if I had only known Fuddruckers by the flavor of the one in Thousand Oaks, I would not have known any better. If they've all slipped, there was a time when I can really say it's one of the best burgers I've ever had.

People probably "believe" the part about freshly ground beef because Fudd's says it's true :

Location in Lake Oswego, Oregon said the coupon was "fake". Walked out.

Awesome coupon! Was going to post the coupon on FW but didn't realize this has been going on since last month. For Houstonians in Texas, it works at these locations (taken from SD)

Houston, TX (1960 Willowbrook)
Stafford, TX (11445 Fountain Lake Dr in the Fountains)

+1 Green to OP

Used the coupon at lunch today (Houston, I-10 at Beltway 8). Would've cost upwards of $9.00 for the same order without the coupon (way too much).

They have them in Rockville, MD

I've always loved the Fuddruckers burgers, with lots of cheese sauce and honey mustard sauce. (Yeah, I know.) But I haven't been there in years - probably before the bankruptcy.

This recent visit was nowhere near as good as they used to be. They do have cool drink machines with all kinds of variety in the same machine. That was the best part. The bun was good, and the burger was still pretty good, too. But the building is really showing its age and getting shabby. But worst of all for me - they no longer have the honey mustard sauce.

It's probs over between Fuddrucker's and me.
