assuming only for new sign-ups? not valid for existing then?

I never have gotten the points due me without spending hours on the phone proving they were owed me.
I refused to be conned into any more purchases.
I do not shop at their stores anymore.

Thanks bittul!

When and where can you check after you sign-up to see if you have the points to spend?
Thanks!

As if it would be instant....abuse would be rampant.

They have sent me so many free points, and never had a single problem using them....let's see what I've saved on just in the past months:

2 packs of clamps
folding knife
3 tool bags
framing square
combination square

there was an asterisk there for a reason...

this is what happens when unreliable info is copy and pasted from crappy sites

I just joined using link, zero point show. How long usually take to see point?

No point get. Look up post.

Isn't this targeted?

It states "Use this email address to enroll and earn
$10 in points (10,000 points), plus:"

shopyourway.com.  Log in, then click on Reward Points at top right, then Account History to see all your purchase/points details.

Last time I bought something there it was damaged on arrival.
When I took it in to exchange it for a non-damaged item, they said I would lose any points used and must pay full price on the exchange.
What a rip off.

Sounds like you were misinformed.  When I have returned items purchased, in part, with points, those points have been returned to my account as well... just like money.

Signed up with dif't email. No points. Sears sucks.

Well, it sure looks like they want me to pay the difference out of pocket.
(This was online. Didn't see an option to declare the item as damaged)

Went to the store and they said the same thing: pay the difference

I have had tons of issues with Sears - their system is horrid. I still shop at Sears - they do have good deals but if you have issues you can end up on the phone for hours. I have had to call them on several numbers and talked to tons of people to resolve several issues I had. Way more trouble than I have had with any other company. I don't blame anyone for not wanting to deal with them.

Yes, they do suck now. There online layaway system is total chaos. I bought 40 Towels on sale. I received two different prices. It took me 2 months and the BBB to get it straightened out. Even there so called executive customer service could not fix it. There layaway system online was under construction where I couldn't pay, or get a refund.

No points in my new account!

Did you make the required $30 purchase, as posted in the OP?
