I have a set of these and I have compared them with major brands costing hundreds more.  Actually like the sound of these better and I have judged car audio contests in the past as well as installed many home and car systems.
I am not a salesman for Fluance.  I work for NASA.

Add the subwoofer ($249.99) and you have an entire home theater speaker system for $500.00 with free shipping.  ( I suggest a Yamaha receiver to power them).

How did you hear of them?  What would you compare them to?

You can take a look @ cnet's review...

Honestly, I thought the name was Flatulence Home Theatre Speakers.

I can attest to Fluance's reputation - you would not be disappointed by these, especially for the price.

Thought, you could go even cheap and get this sub with them: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0015A8Y5M/ref=nosim/?ascsubtag=FWc4xki3&tag=fatwalletcom&linkCode=as1

There's a FW topic for that somewhere on them as well, sorry I'm not linking to it directly.

Did you somehow think that anyone was interested?
