Quicken, which has a monopoly on home finance software since the demise of MS Money, only supports their product for three years, and then you must purchase the current version. So if you are approaching the end of life for your Quicken version (2011), this is a good deal.
There will probably be more Quicken deals as we move further into tax season, bundled with tax software.

Also my Quicken database goes back to the mid-90's. I can quickly research what I originally paid for something, even on closed accounts. I use the Bill Pay window to triage upcoming bills (and remind me about them, such as tri-monthly HOA assessments).
I've not tried yodlee, but Mint didn't do any of the above for me when I tried it. Several of my accounts weren't even supported.
