That's a pretty good deal for a 10/22, especially since it includes the laser sight, which at the cheapest has been about $33 alone. I got my kids Ruger 10/22s and shopped around. The very cheapest I found them was at the military exchange for $210 and no tax, and that was the standard ones with no laser.
