-- NO VGA port for external monitor; does have an HDMI port, though

-- NO USB 3.0; does have 2 x USB 2.0

-- RAM is upgradeable and easy to get to

-- Hard drive is upgradeable and easy to get to

-- Battery is replaceable and easy to get to

So much for using it to stream movies on the TV. I guess I could always get a USB Ethernet Adapter.

Not so much for how to get the content to the TV as to how to get the content from the Internet to the Laptop.
