I have placed orders with B&N as well, with Bing CashBack. B&N claims that Bing does not show the CashBack, since the items have not yet shipped. Once shipped, it gets reported to Bing.
HOWEVER .... BING CAN CANCEL THE CashBack AT A LATER DATE, IF IT DEEMS THE ORDER DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR CashBack. (If you used a coupon, or a membership discount ... different for different vendors).
So, eventhough you may see it posted in your Bing account, you may open your item (say a CD), and NOT get the Bing CashBack. This reeks of fraud, and deceptive practices. You only have 14 days to return your item to a B&N store, Bing can cancel your CashBack up to the 60 days to get your $$$.

I have sent a note to Bing, to see if I can get definite confirmation that my orders qualify for CashBack.
I'll keep you posted.

If anyone has an answer or experience with this, or if any BING or B&N reps can address this, please do.
