No, i ordered this weekend through the app using an android tablet; I used a regular visa and I got free shipping. Strange thing is that when you order, the app tries to kick you to the website to pay, where they will charge you for shipping. But if you create an account on the website, then go back to the app and log on with that account, the app will finalize your order with free shipping.
