Seems they are getting cheaper and cheaper. Used to be free shipping. Better to wait for their % off. Would only be worth using on an item you can't get their normal 25% off of....seems weird since LLBean is now giving discounts and always free shipping. Been meaning to as folks -- has STP changed the way they do the mailer offers?
I used to get so many coupon offers that they'd just land in my STP folder and I wouldn't remember to look at them. But now that I actually *want* some stuff, I'm not getting *anything*. Like nothing for two months now. I've checked the site and and my subscriptions all look good, but still no fliers (still get the catalogs).
I did have a CS issue on a return (it went back and forth and had to be escalated from a outsourced CS manager to finally someone inside STP). And the catalogs stopped the day after that started. Have I been banned?
funny, i kinda stoped getting the emails after doing a return as well. I just resigned up for the deal fliers with the same email address and they started up again. worse case just use another email address and resubscribe
