Hi,

I just tried to combine 20% and Free Shipping,
IMAGT05 - 20% off && "Answer:Indiana University of Pennsylvania Indians",
but was rejected Free_Shipping.
Customer Service adviced me that they no longer combine them together.

I never had this problem with STP before and placed many orders with them,

I know that other people had this problem just because
it was coming from different catalogs,
However, just today I was told that even if they come from the same catalog,
they still cannot be combined.

Can someone share his expirience?

I just called customer service one more time
and got the same answer:
20% and Free_Shipping cannot be combined together now.

IMAGT05 worked perfectly just now.

One CamelBak Snowbound for a total of $60.00 ($52.00 + $8.00 shipping). I saved $48.00 dollars. Try that at REI, or........?

I guess its time though, the Blowfish has dead zippers and the front cut off to use as a waterbottle pack allowing only one zipper pouch, lol. The RimRunner's bladder hook broke--why doesnt Camelbak make these out of something other than thick plastic? I'll put the Blowfish bladder in it since its still good-even with the bottom upholstery repair from setting on the stove burner, lol.

Combing a coupon and free shipping via riddle is still hit and miss. I placed one order with the recent 20% and used the riddle and got free shipping. Day later decided to place another order -- no free shipping this time. I talked to them pointing they're quite inconsistent and they gave me free shipping for the "one last time".

I needed 3day DHL so I decided not to stress them for the free shipping.... this time

They would not combine the riddle and the % off for me, either. I contacted them and mentioned that the two discounts were from the same catalog, but they will not budge. So although they sometimes will give you the free shipping riddle discount after you get a % off, it appears that their policy is that you cannot combine the two even if they are from the same catalog (as ChiefBrody had indicated a while back). The language they use about not allowing the combination of the free shipping riddle with any other discounts apparently reflects this newer rule.

I used the answer to the Free Shipping Riddle 3 successfully - it can now be considered a confirmed answer

I just used the 20% coupon with no problems. THANKS!! I also e-mailed the code 3 riddle answer for free shipping and got it. I guess it just depends on what kind of mood their customer service people are in when you send e-mail (or call them). Thanks for everyone who has supported this thread and saved me money!! I'll be sure to post when I get a deal to share.
