Several weeks later their status is still marked as "Investigating." By the way, VS now pays 7%, not 8%.
Check your e-mail: currently there's a $10 off $100 coupon by clicking on links in the e-mail. My wife got it, but I didn't. I couldn't see any code to use apart from clicking the e-mail link, except for in-store (9716).

It used to be that you could easily use the coupon codes online and combine with FW CashBack, with no problems. Lately it seems that the coupons are only working via clicking on their e-mail links, and VS doesn't seem to be reporting even other orders to FW. I keep having to submit support requests to get credit. A pain.

I got the 7% Cash Back with the 20% off coupon. I received the email notification for the FatWallet Cash Back about 2 hours after I placed the order. Btw, if you're going to make a big order keep in mind how many points you are away from earning the next award level in the Vitamin Shoppe healthy awards program so you can spend enough money to get you to the next award level. I doubt we'll see another 20% off coupon before the end of the year except maybe around black Friday.
made an order today and got a email with a 20% off your next order exp 11/26. it looks like there is no code, just have to make an order from the same email address of this order to get the 20% on your next order
They have become MUCH less promotional in the last 12-18 months. They used to get all my business for these types of products. When they cut back on discounts they lost it all. I find Vitacost often cheaper and even oddly Amazon for some items if you can "subscribe and save" and get the extra 15% off and free shipping.

You took the words right out of my mouth... except that I would say that it has been 4 or more years since I stopped shopping with VS due to lack/infrequency of codes. Last week I checked out Amazon for a product that I used to get from VS, and with subscribe and save it was about still $7.27 cheaper from than the last time I bought it from VS using a 20% coupon in November 2007 (and the base price of this product has increased significantly since 2007! ).
