If I'm not mistaken, it should be nationwide, but only off regular prices. I live in California and attend school in Georgia. I've used them at both locations and it works - it's just that they don't promote it at all because they don't want everyone to suddenly get 15% off everytime. A bit sketchy of them if you ask me, but still. It works, and we know about it. That's all that matters haha.
