2080-FE4N is a different coupon. The one I posted is 20FS-FE4N. I tested it last night and the confirm screen gave me $20 off and no shipping charge. The FS part must signify the free shipping.

the jist of it was that, yes - just go in to a j crew store and order on their store phone (even if they don't have an "official" store phone, just ask to use the one behind the desk) and you won't be charged shipping! so that way you can combine the $20 off $80 deals with free shipping. but right now, you can just use those codes that give you free shipping with no minimum purchase or free shipping and $20 off $80 (unless you want to buy sale or clearance items, then you'd need to go into the b & m and use the phone to get the free shipping).
