Thanks! I've been looking for a duvet cover that doesn't cost more than the down comforter I got from overstock last year. It's nice to have the bedding all matched so it's not so obvious when you don't get around to making to bed right away.
Color mismatching makes this deal pretty tricky! Beware of color issues!

I believe that if they send you mismatched colors you can simply return it with free return shipping. delivery estimate kills me: 6-8 OCTOBER!!!! WTF!!!
I'm in for 3.....hope the wife likes the colors I picked....if she doesnt, This goes from a hot deal to being in hot water...

I ordered three of this item. If I cancel one of Queen Duvet Cover. Since the total amount will still be above $100, I should be eligble to get $20 GC and around $19 credit back. Right?

(Based on my invoices) The Duvet Cover was the free one, so you shouldn't get any money back if you cancel it.
3 of my items are still not shipped. I still have not received my $20 gc.
Same thing here, three of my items are not shipped (1 sheet set -Milk and 2 duvet covers - Milk & Tarragon). I don't know what should I do now! It was suppose to ship on Oct 5.

My order has been coming in multiple shipments in the last week or so. Last week, I called customer service (800-201-7575) to complain that I had never recived the $20 GC. The rep told me that I was too late and should have complained earlier since the order was placed on 8/1. I gave her a hard time since I had never received ANY of the order for months, but she still refused. After I asked to speak to a manager, she said that my complaint would be transferred to the marketing department and I should wait for an email within a few days. Well, persistence pays off!:
