Do they still have the "Friendship bridge" running alongside too? That was a great place to rollerblade/bike/run.

How do you all think the Antec case would compare to this one at Newegg? POWMAX 0808 Beige ATX Mid tower Case with 350W Power Supply
It has a little more power for only $4 more after tax, plus it's beige & will match my components

I would take 300W of Antec over 350W of Powmax any day of the week. I just got the slightly beefier SLK3700AMB, and it's the best case I've ever owned.

samsung 19" flat crt monitor 997df = $199.99 - $20 MIR = $179.;99

That looks like a nice monitor. (0.20mm dot pitch 1920 x 1440 maximum resolution at 64Hz)
Decent reviews for it on newegg. I wish there was a way to get it cheaper.

OT...I've got a 100GC coming from the Comcast HSI deal... Man I hope it gets here on monday.

if you have a gt6800 in there i suggest you go with another powersupply, the case will fit everything just fine but cards and drives might need more juice than a 300Watt, go with a good 400watt will be your best bet, it will probably still work.

Sounds like a good deal on the case. Speaking of sound... can anyone who owns this case speak to the noise of the included fans. One of the main reasons I would want to change out my case pretty soon is that it is too darn noisy. Of course, I might as well start looking for a good mobo and cpu to upgrade the speed while I'm at it though!!!

I've used the similarly sized 1600, and I would warn anyone that if they use a full size atx board, the lower external bays may be useless because the case is shallow and the drives may hit components on the motherbord.

Other than that, great deal!!

The Antec is a nice case, built 2 systems with it for friends. I have been looking for a deal on this case because the door hides all of the buttons. My 15 month old loves pressing buttons and always ends up turning off my wife's computer.

Didn't expect to find a MIR on the case, though. Thanks OP!
