I buy things from Rock auto about 3 or 4 times a year, but they only sent me a discount code during the first few months after I first bought from them. Now I have to come to this thread to get the discount code everytime I shop at Rock Auto.
Rockauto is good for parts, they ship pretty quick. Shipping cost can be a deal killer sometimes though. I've bought some replacement tailgate cables for half of what autozone wanted after shipping. If you're shopping around for an auto part I would recommend adding rockauto to your list.

I've had rockauto send me incorrect parts 2 or 3 times. One time it wasn't their fault since the part manufacturer’s catalog also had an incorrect part number, this was due to changes the car manufacturer implemented mid-year. On another occasion the part they sent was defective. Since they determined it was their fault they did the right thing and credited back my money and have yet to ask for the old part in return!
I guess it depends on how expensive the part you ordered is and if they can verify they sent you the wrong or defective part in the first place.
I have bought tons of parts for several different cars. Parts always came quick and with no problems. Small parts can have rediculus shipping but for most stuff it is decent. If you send to a business address(like your work) shipping is cheaper.

I have ordered from them many times. great prices and fast shipping but got to watch their shipping costs. I have seen many items I have ordered even though way cheaper than my local autozone but due to shipping costs only makes it a little cheaper..unless its a high dollar item as no taxes for me makes it a good deal.

I love Rock Auto. Bought a bunch of suspension pieces from them a few months ago. Very fast service and good prices. Lately I've been using the Advance auto 40% off ($25 off 60, $30 off $75 and $40 of $100) for my auto parts needs. Being able to order online and pick up in store (with the discount) is more convenient than waiting for an internet order to arrive (and the coupons bring the prices down to be competitive with the online guys).
