remember, tho, you *ONLY* get the rebate if you purchase *BOTH* the home and car kit along with the receiver. WalMart.com only lists the car kit (for $65.27), so you may have to purchase the home kit elsewhere, but even at that price, that would mean $130 for the two kits *plus* $75 for the receiver - $30 rebate. so...
$130 for kits +$75 for receiver -$30 rebate ----------------- $175 after rebate.
otherwise it's just $75 for the receiver, which is a mediocre deal, since it's available at MyRadioStore.com for $69.99 before rebate already.

so i've found out that the person doesn't get commission, so it's alright to post some email addresses here right?
Special Christmas friends and family deal from XM to my company. The email said I could share it with friends and family, so like, I'm sharing it with you guys for some reason.
The offer is for three XM products.
Delphi XM SkyFi2 with SkiFi audio system Retail: $129.99 + $99.99 for the audio system My price: $69 (effective thru 11/30, $89 from 12/1-12/31)
Delphi XM SkyFi2 standalone with choice of vehicle or home kit Retail: $129.99 + 69.99 for vehicle/home kit My price: $49
XM Commander Retail: $169.99 My price: $49
All of these require a 6 month contract. If you end the contract early, there's a $60 charge.
is this a good deal? I only listen to the radio in mycar. What should I get? The car bundle kit or the commander? Or should I get sirius? I listen to mostly dance/trance, once in a while I pop in a rap or a hiphop song. Everything else is just noise to me. Is it worth while to get xm or even sirius?

I'm not even sure you really are listening to "music" J/K
This last deal ($49) is a great deal. I've been a XM customer since 3-03 and I love it. I've gotten my co-workers hooked too. The selection of music is far above anything you'll get on FM. The news/sports/comody/etc make it even better.
