Thanks for the suggestions guys! I did not intend for this to be a gaming system. I also did not do my homework about the video card -- I could have stayed with the integrated solution and put the 50+ bucks into something else. I guess I can upgrade the card at a later date, when the prices fall a bit.

i placed my order yesterday and got both an acknowledgement and confirmation but when i check my Dell account there's no record of the order being placed in the order status or order history pages.

anybody know what gives?

is that a good deal? also I couldn't add 17" LCDTV to my cart along with 2005FPW .

What's everyones estimated ship date on the 17" LCD TV?

Thats the same date as mine, but my first one got moved up from like dec. 22 to dec 15 or so.

That's not the point. The point is that De77 even puts this card in a high end system like this. When they put a high end card in it then it's not such a good deal. Those cards are $300 + !!!

I will return mine and stick with my home built XP2500 mobile O/C system and my Radeon 9800 Pro!

But knowing that it came with a crapola card, why did you purchase it in the first place? Couldn't resist the deaL? Did you get an LCDTV w/ it too?

I just got my comp 2 days ago, and my lcd shipped today! (Dell's ship estimate is only off about a month)
