I would only get this for a pretty young kid who doesnt skateboard, its nowhere near the quality of a decent skateboard, and while its nowhere near the price, anyone who skateboards would be miserable with it.

this is one of those crappy boards you find at KMart where the wheels dont spin smoothly.
Got the skateboard today. A little heavier than the average skateboards. The deck looks very sturdy. The wheels really don't spin smoothly as ThievingCrook said, but that's only when i take the skateboard in my hand and spin the wheels by hand. While skating though, it's not as obvious and they ride quite alright.
