Just heard a radio ad....JCPennys is giving out $20 gift certificates to the first 300 customers at their doors. They open at 6:00am. I don't know if this is regional. But i heard this in chicagoland.
I know i'll be there! best morning freebie i've haeard of.
ooops....i listned to the radio again...that $20 was to some other store. i think they only have snowglobe.
