In for one, although I have to pay taxes for CA. Picked the 2 days S/H option since it only cost $1.00 more compare to ground. Thanks OP. Here are some more reviews from Amazon for those of you who's still pondering whether you should get it or not.

It's about $50.00 more. Also, the software is 2.00 and probably has more bugs than the 3.0 version on the iCN 510. |

Does anyone know how this unit compares to the Navman Pin 100 ? I realize that the Pin is also a PDA. |

I got it at 299! Thanks Legirons and everyone else! 299.99 + 9.57 for 2nd day. I was settled on the 2610 from NewEgg for $610 AR but this is 1/2 price and portable. The 2610 (http://gpsinformation.net/sp26xx/sp2610rev.html) is a better dedicated car unit but this is such a steal. I'm concerned about the Navman’s map quality, frequency of update, and update cost (Reviewer “SG” at Amazon) but even with older maps this is a great deal. $409 shipped looks like the next best price. Wow, you really have to fiddle with Outpost to catch the price changes that seem to only occur once you add an item. Thanks! |

Conclusion The iCN 510 really is a good product. Why do I like this so much ? Well if you compare it to the nearest competitor which is TomTom GO, then it's a much slimmer product, fits in your shirt pocket and is pleasant to use. TomTom GO likewise is a great product but it's a little over-sized with it's built-in sensors, and you are sort of left wondering where to put it when you leave your car for a walk around town. Not with the iCN 510! Compare the iCN 510 with the new Garmin Quest, and although the Quest is smaller in size, even better for the shirt pocket, there's a huge compromise on the size of the screen. That's 3.5" for the iCN 510 compared with 2.2" for the Garmin Quest. You can sort of see where I'm coming from here. The iCN 510 gives you everything you want without sacrificing the size of the screen |
