CashBack 3.3% seems not gonna work !! But there's a member said he got Cash Back succesfully after using the coupon so it's YMMV
-And I myself got one Peachtree 2005 from Staples, and the rebate was very smooth, no hassle, some people said the rebates were smooth too, but some people said it took them "8 months" to get it, so again it's YMMV
-The jumpdrive is back ordered in some areas, I would suggest you to get TaxCut Deluxe 2004 Link

For those that have purchased Peachtree before, is there a catch besides registering? How the heck can this software be so expensive yet be free AR? I keep seeing it year after year for $150 or more, but free after rebates. I never took the plunge because it smelled a lot like the cyberrebate pyramid scam years ago.

i think the reason why it's so expensive is: they make money even if only one out five rebate is forgotten or invalid.
