Great customer service. I didn't receive two of my packages (back when they were sending with delivery confirm. and stuff was getting sent back) and they refunded my money with no problems. I'm not sure about getting the product that you want, but at least you'll get your money back (or maybe just $3 )

I ordered 4 last Tuesday and 3 of them came today (Monday). I'm on the east coast and friday was a USPS holiday.

I was really happy with the pendant and necklace I bought. The earrings were nice but I realized after I ordered that the carat weight listed was the total for both earrings. The ring I got had a smaller stone then I hoped but will look great on my niece. I can't wait to order more.

Man is this site addicting. Thanks for the notice OP, I hope my order arrives in time for christmas.

I used to order from this place alot. I got a lot of rings and a few pendants, all very pretty. But, I don't think they are real sterling silver. I bought both of my daughters London Blue topaz rings, which they wore every day until the finish wore off of them, and the bands are now an ugly greyish color. And it's not tarnish....silver cleaner won't take care of it....it is definately a finish that has worn off. It did take several months for this to become apparent.
I would recommend either not wearing them constantly like my daughters did, or go for the pendants or earrings which will get less wear/friction to them.
