[edit] OOS here as of 5:30pm. The were handing out Rainchecks since they had supposedly 15 more arriving by truck Sat. or Mon. They were numbering the rainchecks. Makes me think that once 15 rainchecks are handed out, that there would be no more rainchecks. I got #4.
[edit2] Wow the Fry's Raincheck system has a lot to be desired. No calls from Fry's (as expected). I called Mon. to see if the devices arrived. Was told that they did and that you had to have Raincheck to pick it up. Went to pick it up and CSR went to backstock to get it. Came out with last one that was to be held for someone else. I complained to the CSR's mgr. and was able to get it. Sorry John!
Since the rebate limit is 3 per person/product, does anyone know if its a problem to set up more than one of these on the same wireless network? TIA

Anyone know what kind of MIR it is? Is it from Frys or Netgear. Netgear did $55 2 weeks ago that shows up at CUSA, so it seems it would be best to pricematch the price at CUSA and get it for $29 OTD then do the $55 rebate if its from NETGEAR.

ps why is it forbidden for be to put the letter a and then 55 after it? I removed the a before the $55

Rebate is a Fry's one that prints out at register. BTW I bought this a CompUSA 2 weeks ago when it was $129.99-$50MIR-$30MIR but now it does not have any rebates. I was going to PM CompUSA but I hear they do return/re-buy so that would probably in-validate rebates. I'll just return it and buy at Fry's (BTW they had like 50 oof these in Fremont Fry's this morning)
These are all sold out in Phoenix Fry's, and the CSR handed me a raincheck but informed me he can not raincheck the rebate, which expires on this thursday... Good luck to everyone trying to get their hands on this.

Hooked this up the other night. My wife really likes it. I'm in different as it takes a while to scroll through the MP3's. Biggest issue is with having your MP3 files tagged correctly. I converted 80% of my CD's (about 500) and quite a few were tagged incorrectly when converted. Have to look into that when I finish the rest. BUT this is an issue with any soft/hard player you get.
