Is there some way I can recover the session? I sent a message to customer service explaining my situation, but I haven't heard back from them.
same problem, anyone know how to get the time added?
update, got email with code in it to add the one year. now need to work on getting 100 extra free minutes. |

When going through the purchase portion of the transaction (prior to redeeming airtime), you are presented with a confirmation page summarizing the amount that has been charged to your credit card, the number of airtime units to be credited to your phone, and providing an authorization code for the transaction. You are instructed to print this confirmation page as your receipt. If you subsequently have difficulties completing the airtime redemption portion of the transaction, I'd suggest calling TracFone support and providing them with the authorization code for the incomplete transaction. If you don't have the authorization code, they may be able to track your transaction based upon your phone's ESN.
You're not buying a "physical card" for later redemption -- you're purchasing the codes for immediate redemption. Make sure you are ready to add airtime to your phone when you begin the purchasing process. This includes having your phone fully charged and having your ESN readily available. |

Ok, now they changed my due date listed on the website to one year from what it was previously. My phone display still shows the old due date, however. Which should I go by?
Update: I just received an email from Tracfone with the entry sequence, and my phone is now updated. I have read many posts about bad experiences with Tracfone, but every time I have had an issue, they have been prompt to respond and have been very helpful. |

Thank you OP - my card expires tomorrow, I had 115 minutes left from last year and a code Tracfone emailed me for 30 extra minutes. Since the code didn't work LUCKILY I came back to have a look. For me (light user) paying less for a card is better than extra minutes. |

See info HERE
who wants to spend an hour going through that mess? can't you do a better job to show us where the deal is?
It's right in the FIRST POST of the page that I linked to (AND on the first updated page!). I didn't think it would be THAT tough to find.
To quote part of that post: " Nokia 1100 (SKU 526949) and Motorolla TFV-120-T (SKU 507741) Tracfones both now scanning at $19.50~ These are worth it just for the free 200 minutes you can get by referring yourself (not to mention extra batteries). A 200 minute card would normally cost $49.99. ~Tracfone Motorolla V60 (SKU 566573) now $40.50~"
the first page that your link goes to has a first post that says " ~Maxell 5pk. 4x 4.7gb DVD+RW w/jewel cases $5.50+tax SKU 562151 (B&M)~ " The headline for the thread says "Official Staples Clearance Thread w/ AutoUpdate (thanks jschuman!!!)"
i also looked for them at Staples online and b&m and found nothing. maybe you should lay off the weed.

It's mentioned on that page, but you have to dig through a buttload of other stuff to find it. It's also mentioned seperately here in the last few posts. (I actually picked one up after reading this one.) EDIT It's only B&M by the way, so YMMV depending on your local store's stock. |

Thanks OP. We don't use our Tracfone much - just when traveling and emergencies, so this is perfect! One year for $50 is great! |

SMOKING HOT! I ended up having to call a CSR to add my minutes and airtime which turned out to be a good thing. I was able to use the 100 minute bonus code with her, and I ended up getting 14 months of service instead of a year. The code for 100 bonus minutes is 53622. You got green from me OP, and thanks for sharing your code! |

Question for Tracfone experts, I picked up a V60 and a V120 at the Staples clearance. I activated the V60 with a referral and then used this deal to add a year and 150 minutes. I don't plan to use the V120 but want to use it to extend service and add referral minutes. Can I activate it, use this deal to put a year on it, and then transfer the year and minutes from the V120 to the V60 (up to 720 days total on the V60)?

Did anyone try this code without calling? It shows on their website to be expired by 5/15/05.

That code was e-mailed to me, and it's expiration date is 5-31. I also noticed there was a popup ad with the same code. I wasn't really expecting the code to be applied though from what previous posts said, so maybe I got lucky.

Code is good on purchase of the 1 year prepaid wireless service card. |

Larry, how did you not redeem the code online and called to use it? I thought you have to redeem it right away through their website. Did I miss something? |

Can we do this twice on the same phone and extend the time out to 730 days? I'm new to Tracfone and the wording on their site is not the clearest. |

That might not be a wise idea because if you lose your phone or it somehow breaks, you will lose the minutes that are on the phone. Minutes are not stored on the network like most prepaids so I wouldn't put too many minutes on it. |
