Whats something good for about $500 that would sell close to that on eBay with little shipping? I need a little cash for my wedding in July. Buying something with my BB card and selling it is all I can come up with. Unfortunatly computer stuff is way lower already on eBay.

I can get ahold of $3-4k but probably not until I'm back in the US.

Dont tell them that you browse FW, otherwise they will call you devil customer and wont let you in.
BTW you need 60% off coupon along with this 10% off to buy washer/dryer/fridge from BB, the prices in BB usually up in sky, just 10% wont help you that much.

I bought a Pioneer VSX1015 last week. Do you think I can do a return/repurchase with this coupon if I just bring in my receipt?

I know what it will save me. Almost $50.00 actually. I'm just wondering if they (BB) will let me do this and if I can just come in wtih my receipt in hand.

Depends on the rep you get. Since the Pioneer VSX1015 is a new model, if it was new sealed when you bought it and you get a nice rep, then probably yes. If it was open box or you get a mean rep, then no. The coupon specifically states not good for open box, clearance, demo, special order and prior purchases.
In the end, it's always YMMV. And with BestBuy, even if you follow the terms of their coupon, the manager can still tell you "it's lower than our cost, NO". See the 30% off open box thread.

Thanks for the reply. In the end, it's almost more trouble than it's worth. I finally got it hooked up sounding the way I want it and don't really want to disconnect it to return and buy another one. I guess I'll just try to see what they say and worst case scenario, they will just say No. BB sucks.
You can always buy another one with the discount and return it with the old receipt.

Last time I tried to use one of these coupons, my BB wouldn't accept it, saying the code wasn't recognized by the computer. So I took it down the road to Circuit City. They matched BB's price and accepted the coupon.
YMMV, but something to try if you run into the same situation.
(BTW, my dad later used my CC receipt to pricematch the same item at BB--which BB did.)
Whenever I clicked on OP's link, my adobe comes up with a message that says "There was an error opening this document. This viewer cannot decrypt this document." Anyone know the problem? TIA

Do a "Save link as..." and save the PDF. Then open Adove Acrobat Reader and open the downloaded file. If it still doesn't work, uninstall Acrobat Reader and reinstall it or try upgrading it to the latest version first.
I don't have a problem with it, maybe your plugin has minor issue.

Does that 10% apply to laptop and desktop machine? Thanks.

You devil customer... How can best buy make a profit if they are forced to sell open box and coupon deals at only 50% over cost?
Best Buy guy told me that all TV channels are 1080i now, i just need a good TV to see it. What do you mean? All HD TV channels or what? OTA, cable or dish? So we don't need a STB now to veiw HD channels?
Edit: Do you think the managers in BB will think this 10% coupon is fake?

I wonder if the 10% could be applied to current sales prices (I know the coupon says discount taken off regular price)? I have been checking out the Sony Grand Wega WF655 (currently on sale for $2944.99). An additional 10% and Best Buy Reward Dollars would make a pretty good deal for the television (especially with no interest financing for 2yrs).
