just did this last night, just go to BB and order via one of their terminals, the current promotion is the $75 GC and then your credit card gets charged $50 for the modem with a $50 MiR.

I was filling out my siemens 75 dollars rebate when I noticed that under the proof of purchase requirements, that you must include the order confirmation page which needs to be dated from january 2 2005 until july 2 2005. So this would invalidate the 75 dollars rebate since most of us signed up after the expiration date of july 2 2005. Anybody else notice this.

Also for those who got the yahoo 75 dollars rebate, which is the same promotion as this, do you guys see the required order confirmation date any different? I didn't receive that form.

Please let me know before I come barging down to Best Buy and raise a storm because I was deceived into believing the mail in rebates would be valid upon sigining up for SBC during this period.

Also off topic but SBC sux...their lines are problematic, which result in me getting capped at 384 kbps and if I want them to send a tech out, it would cost me 60+ bux.

Just received my 75 rebate on the modem today. I just got my first bill last week and shipped the rest of the rebates out.

Sorry to hear of your troubles missdinh,

Maybe you can get BestBuy to give you a gift card. Failing that maybe you could return the modem to BestBuy and then call SBC and tell them BestBuy signed you up wrong and they should have sent you a free modem.

I wasnt aware yahoo offered a rebate?

My order confirmation was dated 7/12/05. My promotion offer says 7/3 to 7/30.

I recieved the $20 imagelab rebate card about a mouth ago and got the $75 BB gift card 3 weeks ago, but still waiting for the $75 & $15 Seimens modem rebates.

Does anyone know the phone numbers to check on the Seimens modem rebates?

Interesting, my experience is just reversed, getting all others except the imageLab one.

Have you looked at BB rebate status page ( can be found at 2nd post on rebate forum). it includes the 2 siemens rebates status you mentioned.

If anyone wants another $20 imagelab card I will sell you mine for $10, or the $75 Best buy gift card for $65 or $67.50 if you go through paypal.
