Tried to order, but I am getting charged handling fee of 5.90?? This happen to anyone else?

Here is the message I send to them about offering free shipping and then taking it away at check out.

I was billed for shipping/handling even though there is, on your home page, a big sign saying free shipping! Now I know that it is out of stock and backordered, BUT, I dont know that till I get to the final page after I have done everything but the final click!! You know this before I place the order and still dont update your home page with the correct information and take the free shipping off of the product info. This is not a fair way to treat your customers. Obviously you have real time inventory capability or I would have received free shipping. When your inventory has been depleted why not take the free shipping promise off of the product icon on your site? It is surely doable. To me this is a form of bait and switch. I am asking you to credit my shipping. thanks

we'll see if it does any good

are you using the 2-5 days shipping? the standard 7-9 days are free shipping.

You gotta switch from Standard shipping (3-5 days) to Budget shipping (7-9 days), then it'll be free shipping.

I had the 10% discount showing up until I logged in, then got an error saying I wasn't eligible. The 6% works, so I guess I'm stuck with that.

I used 10% off coupon no problem. You need to use the email account that received the coupon to check out.

Ugh....I messed me up or they messed me up, I'm not sure which.

I was placing the order with 6% off coupon, and got to checkout...decided not to order. I thought I cancelled, but noticed an order confirmation in my email about an hour later (Since I was cancelling I didn't switch to budget shipping so shipping was charges as well).. I went online and placed a cancel order almost immediately after noticing the confirmation email.....website said they would notify in 24 hours if order was sucessfully cancelled.

Now I just received an order confirmation that my order for 2 had shipped.

Dang.

That's a good trick to get your order shipped fast.. I may want to cancel and then see if it ships next day.. My order is still in sent to warehouse status for two days.

Just ordered one... It was said "In stock soon".. but ready to ship in 2-3 days...
I just got 10% off coupon today in the e-mail.. Was tempted to order one yesterday with 6% off.. but decided that I need bigger incentive... Anyway.. Not sure if I will get it.. But so far order shows up with correct price..

Thanks for the new code. Had to call to cancel the order only 6% before. Then get new one with this.

For those who bought this(with AMEX BVG card) or want to buy it today. You can use a BVG with Frys. They have it for $99 no rebates. The Frys sale ends today. After BVG the cost comes down to 50 bucks.
