Basically, if you follow the 90 day rule of thumb, you CAN get a promotion. Just don't get too discouraged when the CSRs deny you of it. Keep trying

Thanks for the advice crice. I'll give it a shot over the next few days. I'll post my experience on this thread for those who need info.

Donno how reliable the rebate is, I never receive my rebate since I submitted in April.
It is $50 at that time. Anybody have any problem with their rebate?

The rebate is reliable. Check www.expressgroup.com for your status and also for the customer service #. The expressgroup rebate may take a while.

There may be a way to make this deal even sweeter. I saw a comcast brochure claiming that they would give a $15/month discount for 6 months dropping the rate to 4.99/mo, if you give them your DSL modem. I live in South FL, not sure if this is nationwide. I haven't tried it yet, but a friend of mine just ordered a DSL modem from eBay and is planning on giving it to comcast. Currently he's on a 19.99 /mo for 6 months deal.

Got $29.99 for 12 months

Well, I'm a current customer, and I just called them and told them that I might have to disconnect my service. They changed me back to 19.99 Internet for 6 months, but now I'm a little confused as to whether I am eligible for the 75 Cash Back rebate??? It says its only for new customers, but I did get changed to a new plan.

Additionally, could someone point me towards the rebate form??? I couldn't really see it on the offers link.

The rebate on this deal changes like the weather. Now it's $75.

you haven't got a clue, do you?

I wish that were the case. Unfortunately, with 10+ years in the IT field, and Comcast's less than stellar reputation around here...

I ordered my High speed internet from Comcastoffers.com on 7/26 and the modem from broadbandoffers.com. I got my modem in 3 days after they charged my credit card. But,I havne't received anything from comcastoffers.com yet although they said it took about 8-10 business day to send me the staff. I tried to call them and never able to get anybody. I called comcast. They said I didn't ordered the High speed internet, and they didn't have the $100 Cash Back deal and free modem. Comcastoffers.com is just a retailer of them. Is this deal reliable?
