This is a surprisingly competent outing from the bumbling but lovable guy who does some of the unorthodox celebrity interviews for Howard Stern’s radio show. “Stuttering” John Melendez is very well-versed in classic rock, metal, and some of the more recent top 40 “alternative” sounds. Most of the songs are middle of the road musings about Melendez’s life problems, and his endless quest to try and have a good time, anyway. The songs range from up-tempo punky metal to slower, folksier rock tunes in the vein of Buffalo Tom. Although John is in no way an innovator in the music world, his songs are catchy enough to warrant plenty of airplay if the radio stations will give him a chance.

World Of Wrestling Entrance Themes

Description:
When wrestling themes became prominent in the early-to-mid-`80s, there was no clue that their immense popularity would explode more than a decade later. With the grand resurgence of professional wrestling comes mainstream chart action never before experienced by wrestling albums. Once a wrestler would be accompanied by "Freebird" or "Eye Of The Tiger." Now intricate and original theme songs play as he enters the ring. SLAMMIN` is performed by The Beast Wrestling Federation, and the group ably recreates the vibe of the sport`s original themes. Tight power-chords and professional programming are found throughout.
The real appeal here is that the themes of both WCW and WWF combatants are included, whereas most compilations have been produced by either of the individual companies. 15 of the most loved and hated wrestlers are represented, and fans should know this music by heart. Both die-hard wrestling fanatics and the simply curious will find SLAMMIN` to be an exciting addition to their music libraries. But they may be overtaken with a sudden need to clothesline someone.
Track Listing:
1. N.W.O. Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
2. Stone Cold Steve Austin Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
3. Bill Goldberg Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
4. Val Venis Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
5. Goldust Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
6. Al Snow Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
7. Gangrel Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
8. Mankind Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
9. Sable Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
10. Ken Shamrock Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
11. Lex Luger Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
12. Dude Love Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
13. Mr. Perfect Theme - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
14. Undertaker Theme, The - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
15. Edge Theme, The - The Beast Wrestling Foundation
