rep (in the retention dept.) offered samsung t309 at $62.** for 2 yr contract. No rebate b/c he said he's given me kind of instant rebate. and 6th month free.

I want v330. but he said tmobile doesn't carry that anymore.

help! suggestion?

Its funny they say they dont sell v330, but there website still sells them. Oh well.

call again and again until you get what you like. Now that you know that they dont sell v330, keep saying that you liked that phone because it had bluetooth and speakerphone and wanted a similiar phoen if not same. They'll start you off with RAZR, since that might be the closest to it. Tell them to give it to you for the same price. If there is a rebate out there, and they say no, thats bull. They said the same thing when I got my three RAZRs. I got the rebates from www.tmobilerebates.com and sent them in. 3 weeks later, I got all three rebates totaling $150. So be patient, smooth, and persistent.

There's a reason why Tmobile gets awards for their customer service. Highest rate of retention.
