If you want an extra $1, PM this against Circuit City or your favorite PM retailer.

But it is not clear whether all of the GPS features (trip trail, rerouting) are available in Pocket Streets. I have Pocket Streets 2005, and its GPS feature is pathetic: It simply shows your current location as a small circle. Not even a trip trail.

HATE REBATES....
Goto Sams Club and get it from there for $25.30 OTD (Including 7% tax)
Also if rebate is from MS, you can send that in, I always (20 this year) received MS rebates for Sams purchase.

Also those who want GPS unit with ST2006, goto COMPUSSR BM and get it for 86.xx OTD (tax 7% for me)
It is still same price and they are located in Camera section lockup where GPS/Handheld PC units are displayed.

Voice only works on XP. Not supported on PDAs. If you want voice directions in your car, make sure you bring along your laptop.
Ugh.

It is $14.99 AR at Costco. Costco's rebate allows online submission and comes back very fast. Last year I sent in a rebate to MS also and got it with no problems, although lots of other people had it denied... So YMMV to get it for -$5 ;~)

Anyone used it? How about its "voice" function? will it prompt me HOW FAR AWAY to make the next turn? or just say "will turn R/L at xxx st."?
